My name is Krista Bailey. Wife, mom, entrepreneur, and founder of Bailey Basics. After a 12 year career as a pastry chef and then bakery owner, I took a 5 year hiatus to raise my children. In 2023, my husband gifted me a new mixer and grain mill. This began my journey to converting all of my staple recipes to include fresh milled flour. I am passionate about baking and cooking with organic, wholesome ingredients and working to find healthful replacements to the processed foods in stores. Protein packed breads, crackers, muffins, pastries cookies and other snacks are some of my favorites!
