Instructions
Mill your grain of choice on a slightly course setting. I uses the coursest on the WonderMill.
Pour water or milk into saucepan on the stove. Heat on medium until just before a boil.
Sprinkle wheat into the hot water, whisking the entire time.
Whisk for 2-3 minutes until it begins to thicken.
Turn off the heat. Stir in butter, salt and maple syrup if you are using.
Divide between 2 bowls. Top with any additional toppings.
Enjoy warm!
