Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Mill the Soft White Wheat berries into flour.
Cut cheese into small sections in order to press into the food processor and grate.
Add shredded cheese and sausage to the mixer fitted with a roller (Ankarsrum) or Paddle (KitchenAid).
Mix until cheese and sausage form one cohesive mixture.
In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, garlic, onion and parsley. This is the base for my Pancake recipe. Slowly sprinkle in the flour to the sausage and cheese mixture.
As the mixture begins to come together, add your egg.
Once you no longer see any egg in the mixture, it is complete.
Using a 2 Tbps cookie scoop, scoop your mixture, level off the top of the scoop and place on a parchment lined pan, approximately 1 inch apart.
Bake for 20-25 minutes
Enjoy warm out of the oven or allow to cool and place in an airtight container in the fridge for 3 days or freezer for 3 months.
