In this beginner-friendly, interactive milling workshop, we are pulling back the curtain on whole grains. You will learn exactly how to choose wheat berries, master the home grain mill, and confidently adapt your favorite recipes using weights for perfect results every time. No experience (or equipment!) required—just bring your appetite and a passion for learning.
There are 4 class times throughout the day, each are 2 hours long.

Do I need to own a grain mill to attend?
Not at all! This class is designed perfectly for beginners. We will provide all the equipment and grain mills for you to use during the workshop.
